Forno Brisa was born in Bologna
in 2015. In 7 years we have realized many projects, started our own farm and opened 5 special places where we produce and sell bread, pizzas, pastries, chocolate, specialty coffee, and natural wine.

Our mission is
to combine taste and well-being, environmental and economic sustainability, enhancing raw materials and our artisan suppliers, making our customers happily aware, but most of all, having fun.
We cultivate biodiversity, in our fields as well as in our relationships: today we are a group of nearly 40 people, with an average age under 30, passionate about their work. A cohesive team of boys and girls, a young, united and very diverse group. Everyone's singularities have the space and the way to express themselves in many, always new and exciting projects:
we are all holders!
